A broth soup.  Preferably some leftover pasta too.  Your two pieces of leftover beef stew, hopefully some veg, too.

I love pasta in broth like I love marmite on toast.

This hardly counts as cooking.  Cook a small handful of pasta until underdone.  Strain.  Bring 200ml water to the boil and add half a beef stock cube (or use fresh if you like).  Add your leftover stew and pasta.  Simmer for a few mins.  Voila!  Lunch for one, or scale up if you have more people to feed.
